My company has been planning to create and distribute a quarterly splash newsletter for all the employees. They’re even tying up with Starbucks to have it distributed to the general public, perhaps place it in some eye-catching cardboard display for more visibility.

The only problem is, I’m not in favor of the printing. Companies like ours should really do their best to go paperless. I mean, everyone in the office has a computer and internet connection. Online newsletters would be as effective and will cost much cheaper than a print one. Well that and the fact that most of our company news are already published on our website.

Then again, I already told them about it and they still want to push through with the newsletter in print… at least I did my part in saving the trees. *curtsy*
