There are a number of ways to slim down. Best way is to do sports. And when I sports I meant athletic sports (and not chess). For as long as you will sweat a lot, then it is good enough. Another way is to do some fasting. This is perhaps the hardest. This requires some powerful meditation and perhaps a jail to keep you from buying a quarter pounder from the nearest Mc Donalds. Another way, is to use slimming pills. I personally think of this as a desperate approach. For instance you have two months to slim down because you have a bikini pageant to join. I have never tried this approach before but my friends always suggest it to me.

Doing some research, I usually find the brand Lipofuze as a very effective pill. I want to give it a try but as a rule, I would consult my doctor first. One of my friends tried at and said it worked for her, but I want to be sure so I’ll have a consultation first.

Yesterday, my two-year-old Casio Exilim digital camera passed away. Actually I broke it. Left it in my pants then threw the pants in the washer. Great job huh. Our company outing is next week but I do not have a camera. How am I supposed to get candid shots of my drunk boss then?

So here I am, browsing through so many review sites hoping that they really tell the truth about the product. I normally do this first before I go to the mall and buy. This way I can have detailed information about the product I am interested in. I used to just ask the sales person but then they usually just lie to the customers just to sell. I learned my lesson, so better do some research first.

Since yesterday morning I have been reading reviews. I feel I have read so much information that I could probably sell better than a sales agent. Anyhow, I have narrowed down my results to about ten brands. One of them, a fuji finepix. It is time to see the cameras personally.

My sister will be visiting her optometrist tomorrow, because she’s having a lot of trouble watching a movie without tearing up involuntarily.

My mother started worrying and set up an appointment with our family doctor immediately. She also made appointments for all of us.

As we previously paid visits to our doctor, she recommended me to get glasses because my job requires me to get in front of a computer for a long period of time, and it’s not too good for my eyesight.

I started looking for cheap eyeglasses that don’t sacrifice the quality for the price, and I can say that google really is my best friend!

Do you have any cheap brands to recommend? Please feel free to comment on this post. :)

Out of all our basic needs, food and water may be the two most important. With that in mind, people have thought of so many ways to store food and water to lengthen the life of these needs, so as not to waste them. Long ago, people preserve food, for instance, by adding a lot of preservatives or by drying the food under the sun for a couple of days. Nowadays, there are a lot of more ways to store food.

Storage food tip 1:

Kitchenware is the first food storage instrument that we can think, probably because it is the easiest to find and buy in the market. More importantly, it can be the cheapest way to store food. You can find a lot of these in any of your favorite department stores, or for you to have more choices, you can find some more on TV shopping channels.

Storage food tip 2:

With the help of new technology, you have a wide array of electronic appliances and devices to choose from when storing your food. There are lots of kinds and sizes of refrigerators and freezers for you can avail of. For sure there will be one that will perfectly suit your food storing needs.

Storage food tip 3:

Preservatives can still be one of your options in storing food, especially if you know how. Aside from food storage, you’ll have the chance to make new varieties of food since there are lots of ways to preserve food!

I admit. I am currently taking adapexin-p. Well, who can blame me? Summer is fast approaching and all the fats I gained since Thanksgiving are still on my belly. Well I did do something I should not have done. I took the diet pill without any consultation from my doctor. Surely, if he finds out about this, he’ll be histerical. Oh by the way, my Dad is MY doctor.

Anyhow, it’s not that I did not consult him or anything. I told him about my problem and his advice was “Calorie out must be greater than Calorie in”. However my eagerness to always eat seem to be triggered by stress at work. Excercise is not an option either, all the strict deadlines keeps me stuck in my chair at work. But it seems the diet pill works for me. That is a good thing I believe.

When you get pimples, your first action need not be to buy a pimple-fighting product in your drugstore
or go to the dermatologist. You can actually take matters into your hands and treat acne the natural
way. And, because it’s natural, you can be generally sure it’s safe too!

One popular natural acne treatment is tea tree oil. And because of its efficacy, beauty products have
been including it as one of their ingredients. But you can buy the pure oil and use a few drops – ideally
diluted with a little water – for spot treatment for your acne. So far, tea tree oil has the best reviews
I’ve read and heard about. I also tried a tea tree oil product once, and it was effective, not to mention
soothing, with no unpleasant smell.

Another natural treatment I read about is onion because of its antibacterial properties. You can make a
paste from the onion and use it for spot treatment. Certainly it does not smell very pleasant, but if you
don’t have tea tree oil, this is a good alternative.

Some people love renovating their houses during these months. It is probably because it is also on these months when we get a lot of guests in the house. Or maybe it is also the months when we receive our yearly bonuses. Whatever the reason, it does not hurt to do some home improvements anyway.

My neighbors usually do a garage sale during these times. Actually, the sale started just this morning. I was the first in line of course. You know me, I love sale! Anyhow, one of my neighbors is selling their contemporary furniture for an insanely low price. I love these furniture because they are never out of fashion. Furniture like these can make a living room feel cozy, the same feeling you have when visiting grandparents and relatives. They reserved them for me and I still have until tomorrow to decide if I will get them.

I went online to get their actual price and they are quite expensive. So I have decided to take ‘em. Best thing about the furniture I am getting is, they were only slightly used and they are only a year old.
