Have you ever tried using toothpaste as your facial wash? Haha, earlier I was so sleepy at work that I went to the restroom and freshen up by washing my face. Still, after a few minutes upon coming back, my eyes started feeling heavy again so I asked my colleagues to help wake me up a little bit.
A friend of mine suggested that I try washing my face with toothpaste. I thought he was kidding at first but he really was not. So what the heck, I tried it. I washed my face and rubbed a generous amount of toothpaste onto my face. It felt a little cold, but then I let it stay for about two minutes. When I washed my face, my throat nearly closed because of the cold feeling on my face. It felt like soaking my face in icy water! Yeah that woke me up for sure.
Anyhow, my friend told me that she uses toothpaste as an acne face wash. She said that the toothpaste is strong enough to remove the oil on the face which is one of the causes of acne. She did made a point, however I guess this is not yet proven by dermatologists so I suggest consulting the experts first before believing.

It has been our ( my siblings and I ) daily habit upon waking up to do routine stretching, then drink hot choco ( prepared by mom ) then off to the bathroom ( or eat breakfast first in case somebody else is still or is already inside ) then off to school. And being dumb and naïve, I’ve always thought that stretching is already enough to keep me fit ( well, I wasn’t really a chubby back then ). Now, of course, doing some cardio once in a while is a necessity in healthy living. I don’t really believe that there’s a best fat burning exercise. There’s just the “what’s most suitable for your body type”, and it’s more than just burning the fat ( you might end up losing the wrong types of fat ), you also have to shape and tone your body.

A certified expert stated that body shapes fall into four categories: cones, rulers, spoons and hourglasses. So unless you have your own dietician and gym instructor, you might wanna look into your routine exercise and do more justice to your body curves.

I have been doing some window shopping to find some good buys to use for my home renovation. Actually, it’s just my room I’m planning to decorate. I got sick of the old mediocre theme of the room so I am thinking of giving it a modern look. As the old saying goes, “new environments breed new opportunities” ( I have no idea who wrote this).

Anyhow, I found some great deals on roller shades window blinds. I bet the’ll look good on my room. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the measurements of my windows so I’ll have to go back home to get them. I did ask the salesperson to reserve some for me.

Oh by the way, do you think those industrial themed beds will really serve their purpose? They look all shiny and clean but i need some suggestions. Please let me know what you think. Thanks in advance.

I met a friend who had an excellent idea on how to sell products to consumers without much advertising costs. His technique is called text blasting. We all know about SMS (short message service) right? All cellphone nowadays use this feature to send 160 character messages to intended recipients. This gave him the idea to develop a software that will be able to automate the sending process.

Basically the only input it needs is a range of numbers, and of course the 160 character ad you need to send. Then, when the software is activated, the connected cellphone will automatically send messages to all those numbers within the specified range.

He is now selling products like weight loss pills, hgh supplement packages, herbal supplements, and many more. Though some people may think that this is just spamming, this gets him a very large number of customers. And since he just meets up directly with his clients, no need to pay taxes! Now ain’t that cute?
