After years of worrying about how to remove the excess fat on my belly (I’m actually thin but thanks to office work which leaves me stuck typing away on my desk 8 hours a day, fats sneakingly accumulated on my belly), I think I have found the best combination – Bikram Yoga on Mondays and Thursdays, plus a no rice, less carbs diet.

I must admit that with the summer season, I’m a lint-close to resorting to weight loss products. I definitely don’t want to be caught dead wearing a shirt on top of my red Billabong two-piece just to hide those fats. But no, natural is better. So I will stick to my new found fitness regimen and postpone going to the beach if I have to.
