Today is our fifth company anniversary so the boss decided that we take the day off and meet in the office tomorrow night for the celebration party. So since I won’t be doing anything this day, I went with my friend to some car dealers to look for the best (and cheapest) car for me.
I have been planning to buy my own car since always. The car I have now was from my aunt for my eighteenth birthday. The problem is, it is already old (too old) and it costs a lot to maintain, not to mention it literally spits out gasoline.
We saw this great store selling pre-owned European and German cars, some BMW’s, Ferrari’s, Porche’s and Volk’s. I could not believe that the cars were already used because they are in perfect condition. Looking around I asked what the pro’s and con’s of some brands. The sales guy gladly gave me some tips. One tip I learned is that, Ferrari parts are the hardest to find. It is because some parts are handcrafted unlike the Japanese cars in which parts are robot manufactured. He also said that German cars are not very efficient in gas and this is where Japanese cars excel.
Unfortunately, even the cheapest pre-owned car is still very expensive for me. Or maybe I’m just too cheap. Haha. So we went to other car dealers to look for more. I’m not in a rush anyway.
