I was under a stressful situation earlier while preparing to go to work. After taking a bath, I realized that I forgot the towel in my room. So I went out of the bathroom, dripping wet, and ran into my room. When I got the towel, I headed back to the bathroom to wear my office clothes. The problem is, the bathroom door is locked! I could easily get some other clothes but my car and house keys are already in my pants (pocket)! I needed to call my neighbor Risa to ask for help. Her husband has tools and stuff so I asked her to bring some to open the door.

By the time I opened the door, I noticed that the knob is not even locked. It is stuck however so it won’t open even if you twist it. the metal knob seemed to have rusted from the inside because of the humidity in the bathroom. So later after work, I intend to get a new plastic knobs to replace my old one. This way I won’t have to worry about this thing happening again. Anyhow, Thanks for the help Risa!

I was searching for some home remedies for pimples when I stumbled upon this site: www.muradreview.com. Based from their review, the product seemed impressive. This is the first time I have heard of this product but I guess it’s worth the look.

Unlike other anti-acne remedies, this company seems to focus on fighting acne. They have three main anti acne products which if all advertisements are true is the solution for all our acne problems. Hmm… Later I’ll try to call my dermatologist and ask if she knows about this product. If she approves it for, I’ll try this product and write some reviews of my own in this blog.

I’m still laughing my heart out with what I did earlier. It was really so embarrassing. Mich even came to my desk and we instantly laughed upon eye contact. This is really silly. Hahaha.

Anyhow, I was too curious about that pill so I did some research myself. It seems like it has some neat effects too like reducing adult acne, regulating hormones, increase vigor and strength and etcetera. Too bad those are just for men. Hmm… I wonder what will happen if women took those testosterone boosters too? Haha. Another silly idea. Maybe women will have beards and chest hair too. This is really a weird day. I think I need some fresh air.

I could not stop laughing for the stupid thing I did earlier. Hahaha. What happened was… I visited my friend Jim in his desk to ask about some details about work. While we were talking, Mich came and gave him a small package in a green bag. While we were talking, Jim opened it and I saw a bottle of testosterone booster! I stared at the bottle with a clueless face, not noticing that Mich and Jim were staring at me. They stared at me then said, you’re blushing! Hahahaha. I was so embarrassed.

Anyhow, it was my fault anyway. I thought that those pills were just used to increase sex drive. I had no idea that testosterone boosters can stimulate muscle growth and recovery - which what Jim needed because he was a weight lifter. Hahaha. It was just so stupid of me. I could not remove this smile off my face!

These past few days have been terribly cold especially in the evening. This cold weather is a sure discomfort for our elderly loved ones. My grandmother often feels her joints aching during these times.

We already brought her to the doctor because of her condition. She was diagnosed with arthritis, a common disorder among old people. I feel sorry for my grandma, for even the meds she took could not rid her of all the pain.

I have been doing some research and I found out that aside from the prescribed medicines, there are plenty of alternative medicines available for joint pain relief. I am not a fan of medicines and I prefer natural and organic medicines. I might consult the doctor and see if the new medicines I’ve seen can really help alleviate pain due to arthritis.

I’m in my mid-20s and I have acne on my back! At first, I thought it was probably because I’m more stressed than usual. Then again, looking back, there were times when I did have plenty of time to relax and I still had back acne. In fact, I kept getting one bump after another on my skin and it really bugs me.

I went to my dermatologist looking for the best acne treatment and after having a look at my back, she asked if I changed my shampoo or conditioner. I stared at her blankly for a few seconds. Expecting my blank stare, my dermatologist laughed and promptly relayed that Shampoo is something most of us use on a daily basis and are sometimes what’s causing back acne. This is because shampoo not only comes into contact with our hair, but also our skin.

She furthered that there are shampoos AND conditioners which can actually cause chest and back acne. These are generally the ones which give pearlized look. So next time you are experiencing breakouts on your chest, back and/or shoulders, (especially for those with long hair) try switching shampoos and/or conditioner. It just might be the culprit!

I haven’t been getting enough sleep for the entire month of December and until now. The result? Dark eye circles.

Vitamin E Eye Cream I’m actually planning to buy one of those under eye creams, The Body Shop’s Vitamin E Eye Cream in particular. In fact, the need is so great that I might just buy it tomorrow at the risk of duplicating it during our high school late post-Christmas party on the 20th. You see, I included the eye cream in my Top 10 wish list to my Secret Santa. *sigh* I don’t know if my eyes could wait much longer. The anticipation is literally killing my eyes. Oh well… I’ll do my best to wait until the 20th.
