The best weight loss programs are the ones you get for less. This is what I learned from my previous classes in gyms. I have already tried several workout classes including tae-bo, pilates, boxing, muai-thai, and even belly dancing. Yet the one that really made me lose weight is my Yoga class.
I enrolled in a week long class in Bikram Yoga last month. It was a free trial to entice new enrollees in our office. It was a great experience. Only ninety minutes a day and you will feel the results in two days. Don’t get me wrong, I said “feel the results” and not see. After two days of doing Yoga, you will certainly feel lighter, which will inspire you to do more.
There are only 26 basic poses in Bikram Yoga, so it’s not hard to remember, unlike the aerobic dance workouts I previously attended. After the trial, I set up my own Yoga room and just did Yoga at home. My friends and I meet in my house every weekend to do Yoga. It’s fun and free too!
